Time and Space in the Digital World: Critical Views on the Works of Four Colombian Contemporary Artists
A critical essay on the works of four contemporary Colombian artists — Sebastián Cruz, Ana María Montenegro, Santiago Pinyol, and Mariana Murcia — who examine how the screen transforms our experience of time and space. Through Google Maps puzzles, chroma keys, throbbers, and broken iPhone screens, the essay explores the screen not as a window but as a wormhole: a liminal space where simulation and reality become indistinguishable.
